UAE property developer Imkan has announced that construction of the project along the Sahel Al Emarat Riviera will start at the beginning of 2019 and it’s supposedly going to have similar vibes to the Hamptons.
AlJurf is set to be located right by the Riviera in Ghantoot, a small area that’s just between Abu Dhabi & Dubai…many probably haven’t heard of this area but with the addition of these little holiday homes it’s bound to become a hotspot. The project will take up 370 hectares of land and the Al Jurf Gardens; consisting of around 290 villas will be built first with an estimated completion of 2021.
The residents of Al Jurf Gardens will also be surrounded by a beautiful marina, town centre, hotels, restaurants, shops, a museum called Jiwar Al Qasr, a canal and much more. Imran’s goal is to create a space that’s environmentally friendly and encourages residents to be at one with nature, which is why they’ll be conserving 100,000 trees and building a reserve for sea turtles and other wildlife found in the area. We all know that living in Dubai can sometimes get a bit overwhelming with all the focus on material goods, traffic and high-rise buildings so an escape to somewhere peaceful is the perfect weekend plan!
