Happy world pasta day to everyone! In the true spirit of celebration, we’ve listed our top three favourite spots to go for an absolutely scrumptious bowl of pasta…take notes!
Vapiano
This might be one of the best-kept secrets in Dubai because not many actually know there’s a Vapiano in the city? Although some could say it’s a bit basic of us to put in a chain restaurant, those who’ve eaten at a Vapi’s know that the food is so good that it totally deserves to be put on our top three list. What better place to celebrate pasta than at a restaurant where you watch the chefs cook it live in front of you? A true appreciation of the fine art! Make sure you grab some gummy bears on the way out as well, its the best (free) desert.

Eataly
Located in the Dubai Mall, Eataly is both a grocery store to buy all the best Italian products, from pasta to cookies to everything Nutella – this place will make your tummy content. FYI: in honor of this glorious day, they’re offering Carbonara & Cacio E Pepe dishes for just AED 20… for a deal like that you might as well order both!

Segreto
To end our list, we had to save the fanciest option for last and Segreto definitely does not disappoint. Come here if you’re looking for a fine dining experience and make sure you order the poached lobster pasta… you won’t regret it. You can kill two birds with one stone, because it’s located in the lush Souk Madinat Jumeirah, one of the must-see spots in the city. We suggest dropping by to spend the day, you can look around the souk, have a ride on the dhow and then stop by Segreto for a lovely spot of dinner. Sounds like the perfect way to celebrate!
