Dubai is going to get a branded Trump Tower soon, dear reader. And it’s sooner than you think. Slated for a 2025 completion, this new construction is a partnership between Saudi property developers Dar Global and the Trump Organisation. Yes, the very same business venture owned by former US president Donald Trump.
Trump Tower Dubai – everything we know so far
The tower’s exact location in Dubai and the design details haven’t been revealed yet. However, Dar Global confirmed other specifics during a press conference. The project will include a Trump hotel, and branded residential units as well as the Trump Private, an exclusive members-only club.
Besides that, this project will feature numerous other world-class amenities and other opulent features that are a trademark of Trump towers around the world. More details will be shared at the end of 2024, but we’ve been told this skyscraper will occupy prime real estate in a well-known area of the emirate.
This project is the third collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization as part of their foray into the GCC’s ultra-luxury hospitality and high-end residential sector. They’ve also announced luxury real estate projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and a $500 million Trump International Resort, Golf Club, and Residences project in Oman set to be ready by 2028.
Ziad El Chaa͏r, Chief Executive Officer of D͏ar Glob͏al, ͏said: “The grand launch of Trump Tower Dubai is an extraordinary addition to the Dubai luxury market and to Dar Global’s renowned hospitality and residential portfolio…Trump Tower Dubai will be an iconic project that is bound to redefine luxury living in Dubai, while attracting a global audience.”
What is the Trump Organisation?
Trump Organisation, owned by ex-US president Donald Trump is a holding company of real estate ventures, resorts, hotels, residential properties and golf courses around the world. This isn’t Dubai’s first Trump-branded property. The Trump Organisation has previously partnered with Dubai-based developers Damac for two golf-centric developments inside Damac’s Akoya project.
The Trump Tower is one of many branded towers gearing up for a spot in Dubai’s iconic skyline. The emirate’s booming real estate market has led to other huge constructions such as a $1 billion Mercedes Benz (MBGn.DE) tower by developer Binghatti.
