Nobu
You probably recognise the name to this restaurant, right? Opened by celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, this notorious restaurant serves a unique fusion cuisine between traditional Japanese dishes and Peruvian ingredients. The signature dish here is black cod in miso – make sure you try it!

Nusr-et
Another familiar name, perhaps because of Salt Bae… yeah you know that guy who went viral a year ago for sprinkling salt? Well, what some might not know is that he’s owned this Turkish chain of steakhouses in 2010, and it’s now entered into the leading ranks of top quality steaks. We recommend trying the dish that you can see in the instagram video below, they serve the meat in butter and give you tons of bread to soak into it. It’s truly mouthwatering! For desert, you have to try the baklava, its a Turkish delicacy.

Zuma
Another Japanese inspired restaurant, Zuma follows the traditional style of dining known as izakaya; in which all the plates on the menu are intended to be shared.
