Sip Song is an initiative by Maximal Concepts and Sunset Hospitality Group that brings the bold, lively spirit of Bangkok to our very own streets. With fluorescent lights, authentic Thai food, and cheeky cocktails, this newly-opened eatery is going to be the plan that makes it out of the group chat!
What is the Neon Night Brunch at this Thai eatery?
Neon Night Brunch is something uniquely Sip Song. Taking place every Friday, starting January 9, 2026, the party runs from 8 PM to 11:30 PM. A DJ stands from when the first guest walks in, with the neon lights flickering through the vibrant space.
In the haze of the night, guests are invited to indulge in a three-course menu. The night is designed to embrace your senses, featuring one starter, one main course, a side dish and a mouthwatering dessert. Packages include AED 199 for soft beverages, AED 299 for house drinks, and AED 399 for premium pours, giving everyone the option to sip their way through the night. From house spirits to grapes, hops to top-shelf cocktails, there is something for everyone.

Sip Song first stood in the bustling country of Hong Kong, amongst the hurried tourists, knick-knacks and hustle. Now in the UAE, this restaurant celebrates Thai cuisine through the dozen essential ingredients used in authentic preparations. An ode to its roots, the name of the eatery translates to ‘twelve’ in Thai. At its core, Sip Song is playful, welcoming and unapologetically bold, as seen in its decor.
The entire space feels tropical yet urban, with the central bar bursting with colour. Sip Song’s walls feature nostalgic Thai motifs, noodle packets, and flickering lights that embrace Bangkok’s after-hours atmosphere. To top it off? A relaxed, upbeat atmosphere adds to the vibe, making you lose yourself and free your intrusive thoughts in the darkness (so 2016, right?)!
With its Bangkok-inspired chaos, high-energy beats, and glowing neon interiors, Neon Night Brunch is unlike any usual Friday night.
