We’re five days into September now and it’s safe to say the summer is (very slowly) coming to a close… we’ve listed three shows happening this month for those of you looking to get in your cultural fix.
The Laughter Factory
Laughter Factory are a group of comedians that have been putting on several shows around Dubai over the summer. Their season is coming to a close, so before it does we suggest you check out one of their shows between the 13th to 21st of September. No convincing needed to be honest, because who doesn’t enjoy laughing all night? They’ll each be taking place at different locations around the city, for more information and ticket sales click here.
If you’re looking for a more sophisticated evening, then the Dubai Opera is definitely the place to go. Not only are the shows fab, but the architecture of the builiding is something to admire in itself. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, amongst the singing fountains and the one and only Burj Khalifa… you can kill three birds with one stone when you come down to this part of the city. During September you can catch the Armenian National Academic Theatre version of Carmen from today to September 7th and The Magic Flute by Mozart from September 13th to 15th. Tickets here.
