Known primarily for their popular sliders, SALT is shifting the spotlight to a new menu addition that delivers exactly that. Something bold, something warm and something a whole lot of delicious.
Think soft serve, but reversed
If you’re gonna be at SALT for their classic burgers, you gotta be there for dessert too. There is no need to go beyond and find another place. The viral chocolate cookie soft serve is here!
Diners can now order a warm chocolate cookie that conceals a creamy surprise. Instead of resting the ice cream on top, a thick layer of their signature softie acts as the base beneath the dough.
Guests choose between two specific flavours to anchor the dish: caramelized Lotus or decadent brownie. We got the decadent brownie and absolutely loved every bite (As you can see by our reaction in the video). Not only is it absolutely delicious, every bite feels like you’re a little closer to heaven.
Breaking the surface with a spoon immediately mixes the thick dough with the chilled base below. The heat slightly melts the ice cream, creating a fusion of gooey batter and smooth soft serve right inside the branded bowl.
