What happens when Dubai’s love for winter pop-ups in the desert overlaps with its heightened wakefulness during Ramadan nights? Sadeem X Louis Vuitton, a haute-couture cafe amongst the dunes is what.
High-fashion label Louis Vuitton has taken over popular desert cafe Sadeem for Ramadan 2025, proving foodie-fashion fairytales do come true. This one, however, doesn’t last a 1001 Arabian Nights, but is on for two weeks until March 31 and serves a glamorous suhoor.
A 1o-course suhoor menu designed to wow
Sadeem’s usually arresting blue set-up in the Al Maroom Desert’s terracotta dunes remains unchanged. The alfresco venue has embraced an electric glow-up with bright golden lights and LV’s logo embossed across furnishings and decor. The elegance only cranks up as you walk through the light arches and sink into sofas flanked by palm trees and stacks of LV’s signature trunks.
The real treasure though is the 10-course suhoor menu you’ll relish under a starry sky as you sink your toes into a carpet of sand. Date and almond butter bites, chia rosewater pudding, grilled chicken kofta bao, meat harees bowl and mint qatayef mille-feuille are just a few of the many dishes you’ll be feasting on. Louis Vuitton’s first Middle East collab
That doesn’t sound like a menu calorie-conscious fashionista would dine on, yes? Fret not. Each course is modelled after portion sizes of a tasting menu, so diners are satiated but not stuffed. Those aesthetic pictures you’re planning on taking won’t require any belly-sucking.
Sadeem has also launched a range of Ramadan dessert boxes filled with treats like Baklava Rose Cake and Honey Biscuit Cake. This Sadeem X Louis Vuitton collaboration celebrates the launch of the LV Mirage 2025 – Louis Vuitton’s new ready-to-wear capsule collection. The campaign was picturised in the Dubai desert, hence the location.
The Sadeem x Louis Vuitton pop-up cafe is open from 8:30pm to 1am and and requires advance bookings here. Dining tables and sofas cost AED 395 per person.
