This concept that is designed for a stellar tobacco-free vapour experience. The pop ups are encouraging people to choose healthier and not give up fun this bulking season.
The shisha protein bars are spread across GymNation clubs in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The protein shisha has a nicotine and tobacco-free vapour concept inspired by sports supplements like whey protein, creatine and BCAAs. Unlike traditional shisha, GymNation’s protein shisha uses a proprietary herbal, molasses-based vapor system that is free from tobacco and nicotine.
The concept was developed with an aerosolised nutrition specialist Dr Sami Al-Banna. Dr. Al-Banna says, “When protein is delivered via inhalation, it bypasses traditional digestive breakdown and can enter circulation far more efficiently. This delivery method results in faster uptake, reduced metabolic loss and superior functional benefits compared to conventional protein consumption.”
GymNation claims that each 45-minute protein shisha session can deliver:
- Up to 25g of ‘aroma-activated protein’
- Supports fast post-workout muscle recovery
- Helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis for growth
- 43% boost in post-training social engagement

Flavours on the menu include blends such as The Whey Cloud, Macro Mist and BCAA Breeze. GymNation uses herbal vapor bases and food-grade aroma profiles to craft the flavours and tastes.
