A unique and different type of museum is opening its doors in Dubai the 12th of September, inviting guests to participate in the surrounding art they find themseleves in.
The Museum of Illusions defies all the typical rules that have been ingrained in us when visiting museums, as participants are encouraged to touch, look around and explore all the crazy things that it has to offer. No need to worry about being told off for taking pictures because that’s one of the bonuses of coming to this exhibit.
The first location was opened in Croatia back in 2015 and has since expanded internationally to several big cities such as NYC, Toronto and Berlin.
The Dubai museum is set to showcase the largest collection of optical illusions ever recorded in a museum, with a total number of 80 very different exhibits. These will range from the ever popular vortex tunnel to funky mirrors that morphe your body shape. You can just tell this is the place to come if you’re looking to have a proper laugh!
Tickets priced at 80 AED for adults and 60 AED for children (suitable for all ages), so mark the date in your calendar so you can be one of the first to check it out!
