For those that have been in Dubai the past couple of years, you know that usually around this time Emaar put on their annual Market Outside the Box, in collaboration with the Dubai Shopping Festival.
The DSF has been on and popping since Boxing Day, which means its nearing towards the end. If you haven’t had the time to stop by any malls and find some great deals, then make sure you do so over this weekend (even though sales are never as good towards the end, you might get lucky!). The MOTB is also a great way to spend a day out over the weekend and you don’t have to spend your time strolling around a mall all day, if that’s not your style. With the amazing weather we have, you might as well make the most of it because come March, the higher temperatures will creep up on us in the blink of an eye!
Located in the beautiful Burj Park, the MOTB has been going on since January 24th so you might have noticed some of the lights and stalls already? As you wonder around the market you’ll notice a variety of both local and international designers, selling a range of products from clothing to food to more. If you love that flea market aesthetic, this is definitely the kind of place for you! Bring the kids with you and explore the different activities and entertainment options available, whilst munching on some delicious food and enjoying the incredible views of Burj Khalifa/Dubai Fountains.
MOTB and the DSF both end on February 2nd, so you have a solid three days to check them out before its too late!
