Let your dogs go wild and leash-free, and let them make new friends at this relaxing beach day just for them. Because your dogs deserve a beach day too!
Everything you must do at BarkFest
This dog-friendly event will take place on April 4 from 1PM to 9PM. From dog awards to water-loving energy, here is everything your dog will love at BarkFest.
The event space will have a dedicated splash zone where dogs can cool off and splash around safely. It is perfect for pups who love the water and enjoy off-leash fun. Lifeguards and marshals will be present to ensure safety while the dogs splash away into the sea.
The schedule also has a fan-favourite dog show from 4:45PM to 6:15PM. Awards include Happiest Dog, Small & Sassy, Fluffiest Floof, Quickest Sit, Cutest Cross and Best Beach Style. Fun creative classes will also be offered to all dogs present where they can enjoy and win prices.
A Foam Party will fill a dedicated area with bubbles, wagging tails and pure chaos. The foam is dog-safe and sure to guarantee the best day ever for your pup.
Activities for you at Barasti Beach
Alongside activities for your beloved dogs, children can also enjoy in a safe, supervised space labelled as Mini Magic. A soft play pod with a slide and ball pit and colouring tables, face-painting and dog watching await at Barasti Beach’s BarkFest.
You are free to bring your own towels and use the sun loungers and cabanas. Or perhaps you’d prefer to take a quick shower and dip your toes into the salty beach waters at Barasti. You can also choose to shop all-things-dogs at the market in BarkFest.
All you need to do is bring along a few things. For your dog, don’t forget a leash, waste bags, water bowl, pet passport, treats and a towel. For yourself, bring along swimwear, suntan lotion, towel, warm clothing for the evening and a whole lot of loving energy.
