The free Awaken Bootcamp is bigger than you imagined
You don’t need elite fitness levels to show up either. Most people come for the energy and accountability that comes with training in a group. With the session you will get HIIT training with live DJ beats. Led by OneFit gym, this is a 45-minute bootcamp that beings at 8AM sharp.
It’s first come, first served so hurry! While the sessions are for adults, kids are welcome to stay cool outside.
Following this session, you can step into the recovery and wellness zone, where you can unwind and recharge. The zone will have:
- Ice baths
- Sports massage therapy
- Complimentary Costa Coffee refreshments (There’s iced costa too!)
- SPF application and personalised skin analysis by Bioderma
