A few weeks ago it was announced that the New Years Eve fireworks at Ras Al Khaimah were expected to break some world records. On January 31st at midnight, the sky lit up with a spectacular display and broke the World Record for longest chain of fireworks and longest straight line of fireworks.
As per tradition, more fireworks were set off at the Palm, Burj Al Arab, the famous ones at Burj Khalifa and a few more in some low key spots.
